Help with cancer treatment lodging and travel cost

HI ! My name is John Balaz, I have been fighting Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma starting in 2005. I worked for the police department for 30 years and had to retire when one day I had a lot of pain and was forced to take morphine. I couldn't work for safety reasons. Now all chemo treatments have failed so I was told to go to Moffett in Tampa, Florida to see what needs to be done. The doctors said  that there is one treatment that is 95% cure able and I was a good patient to do the ( CAR ) T-CELL THERAPY. I have driven from Daytona Beach to Tampa several times and need to stay in a motel for more than a month, money coming out of my pocket . When treatment starts I have to stay 5 days in Tampa as an out patient chemo treatment patient and then I will have to stay in the hospital for about 2 - 3 weeks. My wife has to be there to be my care taker which is mandatory by Moffett and then we will have to stay within 15 minuets from the hospital for daily testing until I am able to go home. I'm hoping for a cure. I have been a fighter with this cancer and I promised my wife that I will fight this cancer. She has lost 2 of her own with the same cancer.  1 son at 3 years old and her daughter at 23 year old. So if any one can help Thank you !
