Help with Azzies medical bills

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Peyton! Me and my boyfriend Noah adopted Azzie from the spca in May after fostering her for a couple weeks and falling in love with her.

When we adopted Azzie we knew she came along with medical history that was quite extensive. Azzie was found on the side of the street back in February dumped there by someone and left to fend for herself. We first met Azzie the night she came into the shelter as I had a friend that worked there; when she came in she was experiencing seizures and was very weak. Me and Noah didn’t end up fostering her until months later after she started doing better and had already spent extensive time in and out of vets. Azzie had been taking anti seizure medications for a couple months before we adopted her and she hadn’t had an of them since. So when we adopted her we thought that we would have to give her meds daily but that was it. Unfortunately Azzie begun to have seizures again in June and they have not stopped since (around 2-4 a day) We have been to the vet many times and have taken her to a neurologist who is unsure what is wrong with her and doesn’t even think they are seizures now that he has spent time with her. Since her symptoms are so odd they vets have been trying different medications to see what will help but nothing has. Azzie is now on 3 different medications and is going to start another one as a last ditch effort. Our neurologists had originally suggested we do a full work up of her that would include brain scans and a spinal tap so we can get to the bottom of her condition; but since that is costly he suggested the medication route first. This has not been working so we are asking for your help to get her the proper testing. Anything you can give we appreciate as we are also saving on our own.
