Help us stay afloat during Tim's Cancer Treatment

Hi everyone,

My name is Jonah, and I am reaching out during one of the most difficult times of our lives. My spouse, Tim, was recently diagnosed with a recurrence of cancer. His doctors have described the chemotherapy plan as “brutal,” and unfortunately, this treatment comes at a heavy cost physically, emotionally, and financially.

Some of you may remember that we leaned on community support during Tim’s first cancer diagnosis. We never imagined we would have to be here again, but with this recurrence and the loss of my job, we have found ourselves in an even harder position. Asking again is not easy, but we are deeply grateful for any kindness you can extend to us a second time.

I was let go from my job. This not only cut off our income but also our access to insurance coverage. On top of losing prescription coverage, where one of Tim’s injections alone costs over $500, we also lost coverage for ambulance services. Each ambulance trip is $400, and Tim has already had to be rushed to the emergency room multiple times by ambulance during this treatment. These unexpected costs are piling up quickly.

With no income at the moment, we are struggling to keep up with medical expenses while also trying to cover our basic needs and avoid the risk of losing our home.

I am doing everything I can to find new employment, but in the meantime, we urgently need help to get through this difficult time. Any funds raised will go directly toward:

.Covering Tim’s medications and treatment costs

.Paying ambulance fees and related emergency expenses

.Keeping up with rent and utilities to ensure stable housing during treatment

.Supporting basic living expenses while I search for work
