Why We’re Moving Beyond 2537 S. Wabash:
This weekend marked our final days in our ghost kitchen. While we’re grateful for the incredible experience, the reality was clear:
• Rent was grossly overpriced
• We were charged $250 per storage shelf
• A percentage of our sales was taken on top of rent
• After our lease ended, the month-to-month option would have cost even more
• Signing another long-term contract wasn’t the path to true ownership and growth.
Instead of staying locked into an unfair system, we made the decision to walk away — and to build something completely new, completely ours.
We are officially closing this chapter and stepping into a new beginning.
