Help Us Make a Difference in the Kimberley!
Donation protected
Hi, we’re Ethan, Jude and Zac — three Year 8 students from St Stephen’s School.
We’re incredibly excited to share that we’ve been selected to join 15 other students on the Lou Morrison Service Learning Tour this September. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel to the Kimberley region of Western Australia to connect with, learn from, and serve the local Aboriginal communities.
At St Stephen’s, our motto is “Serve God, Serve One Another”, and this trip brings that to life. Through the Service Learning Program, we’re encouraged to step outside our comfort zones and give back — not just locally, but regionally and internationally.
During the Kimberley Tour, we’ll be volunteering at a local school — helping out where needed, learning about the rich culture and history of the region, and building relationships with the amazing people who live there. It's not just about what we’ll learn — it’s about what we can give.
To support the community we’ll be visiting, we’re raising funds to buy equipment and supplies that will enhance the facilities at a local school. We want to make a lasting impact, and your support can help us do just that.
Here’s how we’re doing it:
We’re taking on the 5km Trail Blaze Run at Wungong Regional Park on Saturday, 23rd August! It won’t be easy, but we’re up for the challenge because we know it’s for a great cause.
How You Can Help:
We’re asking for sponsorship to support our mission. Every dollar will go directly towards resources and materials that we’ll use to support education and wellbeing in the communities we visit.
No amount is too small — and every donation will help make this Service Learning experience more meaningful, not just for us, but most importantly for those we are going to serve.
Thank you for helping us make a difference!
With gratitude,
Ethan, Jude & Zac
