Help us give Jeanne the best last week possible

My Grandma has been there for me my entire life, which is why I want to help her the way she deserves. She is the funniest, kindest, most loving spitfire person I have ever met. She was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year, and after brutal rounds of chemotherapy and radiation- she stopped due to the severe side effects and pain. She will be entering hospice care this week, and the only people to care for her will my mom (her daughter), and myself. We are hoping to raise enough funds to hire part time help to cover the evenings so my mom and I can rest between caring for my grandma during her last week and a half of life.
