Greetings Corona Del Mar Homeowners,

It is that time of year when our thoughts turn to gratitude and gifting, and to show our thanks and offer our support for the great work Carlos and Jose do for us. Mexico requires employers to pay their employees 15 days of salary as a Christmas bonus known as Aguinaldo. Many Employers pay a month's salary and this is what we would like to target as a minimum for the Corona Del Mar Bonus for Carlos and Jose.

1. Please note the HOA contributes the amount required by Mexico which is $875.00.

2. Each year, we put together a fundraiser to provide the opportunity for the homeowners to further show their appreciation with the goal of reaching a minimum of one month's salary. We have surpassed this the past few years and it would be great if we could surpass it again this year.

It has been a tough year for Carlos and Jose with the drought and extreme heat and water issues, and never-ending building maintenance. We encourage you to contribute to the bonus to show your appreciation for all that they do for us. We would like to gift the funds to Carlos and Jose by December 9th, so they can do a little Christmas planning of their own.
