Help the Royal Progress of King Henry VIII

Hello, my name is Mike Farley and I am a Henry VIII actor. I have been touring round Britain and Europe for the past 20 years performing Tudor shows at countless schools, entertaining and educating pupils, and bringing History to life..

I've had good years and bad years, but just of late, I am going through a very hard time. I am also carer of my gorgeous 20 year old autistic son, who is the absolute love of my life, and still trying to travel round and be Henry for as many schools and societies as I can.

I drive a Nissan Qashqai, big enough to get me, my costumes, and props from show to show, but I have been told by an engineer friend of mine that sadly the car has had it and will not pass it's MOT in February, the repairs needed being more than the car is worth (it is a 12 year old car), so I am going to have to get a new vehicle so I can continue my shows, and get my son around to his appointments, visits, medical trips etc.

With a little help from you lovely people out there I will be able to get a new vehicle and carry on my work of educating and entertaining as many children and Tudor fans as I can. I would be so enormously grateful. It would mean so much to me and my son.
