Kristina and Nick Paape here. Our dear friends, The Krumm Family have experienced once in a lifetime flooding caused by hurricane Debbie. Their house is completely flooded with about 2 feet of water. They have lost everything.

Water is still rising as of Tuesday 8/6/24. They won’t know how much it will cost to repair their home because it is still full of water. We set an initial goal of $7500 and hopefully we surpass it for them.

Help us help them in this time of need. Anything helps and is accepted with deep gratitude.

We increased our fundraising goal. The water has only begun to recede and cleanup is going to be astronomical.

08/08/2024 Update: you all are truly incredible! We have surpassed our second goal.

I have increased the goal yet again because they did not have flood insurance. They were NOT in a flood zone and they were always high and dry.

Therefore there is no insurance. The costs for repairs is going to be astronomical. They can’t even get to their house yet because it is STILL full of standing water.

Water has finally receded and work has begun. Your donation will go directly to home repairs and helping them rebuild a lifetime of belongings. Four kiddos have lost their belongings as well. Let’s keep stepping up for the Krumm Family. Thank you!
