Our Journey to Adoption – A Story of Hope

For over three and a half years, my husband and I have been on a heartbreaking journey to grow our family. We’ve experienced the pain of infertility, countless medical appointments, treatments, procedures, hormones, and the emotional roller coaster that comes with every cycle of hope and disappointment. Along the way, we have also endured the unimaginable loss of two precious babies — losses that changed us forever.

Infertility is a silent struggle that affects every part of life. It’s the monthly heartbreak, the constant waiting, the unanswered prayers, and the emotional toll that slowly wears you down. Through it all, we’ve held onto faith, love, and the dream of becoming parents.

After much prayer, reflection, and many tears, we’ve opened our hearts to adoption.

We believe deeply that family is built through love, not biology alone, and that our child — wherever they are — is meant to be ours. Adoption has given us renewed hope, joy, and purpose after years of pain. It feels like the path we were always meant to take.

However,adoption comes with significant financial costs. Between agency fees, legal expenses, home studies, background checks, travel, and post-placement requirements, the total cost can be overwhelming.
