Our Family is currently going through an incredibly painful and uncertain time.

My mom is only 42 years old and is currently battling end stage liver failure. Her health has deteriorated significantly, and our family is now facing the possibility of losing her far sooner than anyone should have to. Doctors have said 6 months to any day now. She has been denied liver transplant due to risks but we are still trying!

My mom has already experienced more loss than anyone should have to endure. She lost both of her parents, and she lost her husband my dad when I was very young. She has continued moving forward through all of that, and now she is facing a serious illness that has changed everything.

As her daughter, it is heartbreaking to watch my mom go through this. I never expected that at only 23 years old, I would be facing the possibility of losing my mom too.

Right now, our priority is making sure my mom is supported, comfortable, and surrounded by the people who love her. There are also financial pressures that come with everything our family is facing money would help me see are care for her by covering transportation, everyday expenses, the ability to take time away from work to be there for her and unfortunately possible future funeral costs.

We are starting this fundraiser to give our family some financial breathing room during this incredibly difficult time, so we can focus on my mom and on being together rather than worrying about how we are going to afford everything.
