"Special" self-declared "Branch of Military" in DHS that is not supposed to be a

President Trump needs to cure this immediately by Executive Order a situation he inherited from the BUSH II, and OBAMA I, Administrations.
"USC -Title 10 - Armed Forces", and the "Uniform Code of Military Justice" were created by Congress in 1947 to contain our Branches of the Military within the Department of Defense, and both Title 10 and the UCMJ cannot exist outside the Department of Defense.
The Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps were all placed in and under the Department of Defense.
The UCMJ was created as a Uniform Code of Conduct for all Branches of the Military, including the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps.
But NOT the Coast Guard.
Posse Comitatus was a legal doctrine initiated in 900 a.d. in England around the same time the position of Sheriff was created, and was brought over from England to the U.S. after our Civil War and was used to stop the use of our Military as imposed upon the South during Reconstruction.
This was actually from well before that where Italy moved to prevent this itself after Julius Ceasar crossed the Rubicon, a river in Northern Italy that the Roman Military was not to cross - ever - and was punishable by death. This is how serious this type of violation has been considered to be.
Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 was incorporated into the Title 10 and the UCMJ to prevent the Military being used for Law Enforcement activities, the UCMJ is "uniform" in its nature and application to all men and women in "Uniform", by men and women in the same uniform.
U.S. Code Title 18 § 1385 makes it a Federal Crime punishable by minimally 2 years in Prison and Federal Fines for each act in violation thereof.
The Coast Guard is now saying that it is a Branch of Military in the Department of Homeland Security, and not in the Department of Defense.
A Special Branch of Military that is not bound by Posse Comitatus like the rest and can [somehow] be used for LAW ENFORCEMENT!!??!
We are not supposed to have any Branches of the Military outside of the Department of Defense, and especially not carrying on Law Enforcement.
The Coast Guard is now saying it is a "Special" Branch of the Military, and is "Special" by being a legitimate "stand alone" Branch of Military not in the DoD, and although it is somehow not in the DoD, it can still come under Title 10 and UCMJ even when outside of the DoD although it is not supposed to, but that it also comes under a "different" version of Title 10 and the UCMJ, one that Posse Comitatus does not apply to its version of.
This is like the FBI saying it now comes under Title 10, and the UCMJ and is now a Branch of Military.
There are not supposed to be two different forms or versions of Title 10, or the UCMJ - it was made to be UNIFORM, the exact same for all.
Title 10 and the UCMJ are not supposed to be moved outside of the DoD - ever!!!
Title 10 and UCMJ are Military Law - the most overt form of Martial Law and it has been moved into Department of Homeland Security under the cover of the Fog of War in the launching of the War in Iraq in March, 2003 - this is unconscionable, Un-Constitutional, and extremely dangerous.
Military Law is a military asset, a weapon, much like a tank, if not even a nuclear weapon.

They seized medical records without probable cause or going through an Article III Court, falsified medical records, used a JAG Prosecutor against me as an alleged Civilian, the "ALJ" or Article II Executive Branch "Judge" was a Lieutenant Commander in the Coast Guard himself, as was the JAG Prosecutor.
Much of this was surrounding the death of my father where a number of involved players tried to use his death against me to cover up war profiteering, labor racketeering on Federal Maritime positions, federal contracting violations, issues affecting civil defense, National Security and more.
The Coast Guard which I have never been in, identified me as a "Civilian" and used what they are now calling to be Military assets to prosecute me, and thus by doing this are allowing a BRANCH OF MILITARY to make civilian law. A MUST READ!

They have gone as far as to build out a JAG Corps system under the Coast Guard within the DHS that is targeting and being used against American civilians.
Homeland Security went as far as to strip me of counsel a number of times, so that I would be forced to "represent" myself, even though Homeland security was trying to "prove" that I was "medically/ mentally incompetent."
Homeland Security put out a BOLO on me saying I "may be dangerous, even though they were trying to say these were only "civil" proceedings, and not criminal proceedings, and they were declaring these were not a "military tribunal" even though they are declaring that they are a "Branch of Military" doing this, and had a JAG Prosecutor in uniform prosecuting the case, and more.
A number of key individuals involving "Administrative Aftermath after 911" have been involved in everything going on like Ted Olsen and Walter J. Brudzinski.
I have carried out a number of Radio Interviews and Cable TV Programs pertaining to this, and written a number of articles and more to try and get the word out and put a stop to what is going on, which is extremely serious.
Much of it has been taken down via one means or another., but some is still up, or hacked as was the link that was to be posted just above.
It was a posting by The Corbett Report with interviews and a number of links.
I am trying to raise funds for Legal Aid for myself, to protect myself, and others if possible, to get this very, very bad precedence overturned and addressed properly and get out from under these retaliations.
What's gone on with me is as bad, if not worse then what has gone on with General Flynn.
I have sought help from Sydney Powell, but she said no, because she is already too busy as it is.

The so called "Judge" is also involved with 9-11 and the Trust Funds set up for compensating the Victims of 9-11, and not in a good way.

President Trump needs to cure this immediately by Executive Order a situation he inherited from the BUSH II, and OBAMA I, Administrations.
"USC -Title 10 - Armed Forces", and the "Uniform Code of Military Justice" were created by Congress in 1947 to contain our Branches of the Military within the Department of Defense, and both Title 10 and the UCMJ cannot exist outside the Department of Defense.
The Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps were all placed in and under the Department of Defense.
The UCMJ was created as a Uniform Code of Conduct for all Branches of the Military, including the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps.
But NOT the Coast Guard.
Posse Comitatus was a legal doctrine initiated in 900 a.d. in England around the same time the position of Sheriff was created, and was brought over from England to the U.S. after our Civil War and was used to stop the use of our Military as imposed upon the South during Reconstruction.
This was actually from well before that where Italy moved to prevent this itself after Julius Ceasar crossed the Rubicon, a river in Northern Italy that the Roman Military was not to cross - ever - and was punishable by death. This is how serious this type of violation has been considered to be.
Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 was incorporated into the Title 10 and the UCMJ to prevent the Military being used for Law Enforcement activities, the UCMJ is "uniform" in its nature and application to all men and women in "Uniform", by men and women in the same uniform.
U.S. Code Title 18 § 1385 makes it a Federal Crime punishable by minimally 2 years in Prison and Federal Fines for each act in violation thereof.
The Coast Guard is now saying that it is a Branch of Military in the Department of Homeland Security, and not in the Department of Defense.
A Special Branch of Military that is not bound by Posse Comitatus like the rest and can [somehow] be used for LAW ENFORCEMENT!!??!
We are not supposed to have any Branches of the Military outside of the Department of Defense, and especially not carrying on Law Enforcement.
The Coast Guard is now saying it is a "Special" Branch of the Military, and is "Special" by being a legitimate "stand alone" Branch of Military not in the DoD, and although it is somehow not in the DoD, it can still come under Title 10 and UCMJ even when outside of the DoD although it is not supposed to, but that it also comes under a "different" version of Title 10 and the UCMJ, one that Posse Comitatus does not apply to its version of.
This is like the FBI saying it now comes under Title 10, and the UCMJ and is now a Branch of Military.
There are not supposed to be two different forms or versions of Title 10, or the UCMJ - it was made to be UNIFORM, the exact same for all.
Title 10 and the UCMJ are not supposed to be moved outside of the DoD - ever!!!
Title 10 and UCMJ are Military Law - the most overt form of Martial Law and it has been moved into Department of Homeland Security under the cover of the Fog of War in the launching of the War in Iraq in March, 2003 - this is unconscionable, Un-Constitutional, and extremely dangerous.
Military Law is a military asset, a weapon, much like a tank, if not even a nuclear weapon.

Federal Fusion Centers are involved in this, where they used Room 5150 as the "Court Room" where a Branch of Military I am not in, nor have ever been in, used military assets, and military resources to try and force me under an unrecorded, unregulated, improper PSYCHIATRIC EXAMINATION, rather then hold a proper due process hearing about what was going on, and let me be heard.

I am not in - nor have I ever served in the Coast Guard, yet in response to the Administrative Law Judge's "Final Orders" who were Military Officers in the Coast Guard in military uniforms, I was forced to "appeal" to the Head of a Branch of Military I am not in, nor ever been in, as an alleged civilian to the Commandant. They seized medical records without probable cause or going through an Article III Court, falsified medical records, used a JAG Prosecutor against me as an alleged Civilian, the "ALJ" or Article II Executive Branch "Judge" was a Lieutenant Commander in the Coast Guard himself, as was the JAG Prosecutor.
Much of this was surrounding the death of my father where a number of involved players tried to use his death against me to cover up war profiteering, labor racketeering on Federal Maritime positions, federal contracting violations, issues affecting civil defense, National Security and more.
The Coast Guard which I have never been in, identified me as a "Civilian" and used what they are now calling to be Military assets to prosecute me, and thus by doing this are allowing a BRANCH OF MILITARY to make civilian law. A MUST READ!

They have gone as far as to build out a JAG Corps system under the Coast Guard within the DHS that is targeting and being used against American civilians.
Homeland Security went as far as to strip me of counsel a number of times, so that I would be forced to "represent" myself, even though Homeland security was trying to "prove" that I was "medically/ mentally incompetent."
Homeland Security put out a BOLO on me saying I "may be dangerous, even though they were trying to say these were only "civil" proceedings, and not criminal proceedings, and they were declaring these were not a "military tribunal" even though they are declaring that they are a "Branch of Military" doing this, and had a JAG Prosecutor in uniform prosecuting the case, and more.
A number of key individuals involving "Administrative Aftermath after 911" have been involved in everything going on like Ted Olsen and Walter J. Brudzinski.
I have carried out a number of Radio Interviews and Cable TV Programs pertaining to this, and written a number of articles and more to try and get the word out and put a stop to what is going on, which is extremely serious.

I have been up against people like TED OLSEN who was Solicitor General under Bush II, and is head of a 1,200 Attorney Law Firm that dates back to 1890 in Los Angeles named Gibson, Dunne and Crutcher. He has a number of very peculiar dealings involving 9-11 and me.

The so called "Judge" is also involved with 9-11 and the Trust Funds set up for compensating the Victims of 9-11, and not in a good way.
The so-called "Judge" is not a member of the Article III Judiciary, but instead an Article II Executive Branch Military Officer who is also involved in a number of other corruptions as well. Some involving Iran, others involving the TSA and more.

This is not just about me, as our American flagged Merchant Marine is under attack, as are our American flag Federal Maritime Officers and more.
What has gone involves our Shipping Articles as Federal Maritime Officers onboard American Flag Ships, these Articles were enacted by our very first Congress as one of its last acts in 1791. China is involved, as much of our own American flag fleet has been taken over by China, although a lot of the blame for this rests in the hands of many here in America who have allowed this to occur, or been directly involved in making it happen.
97% of our International Cargo is coming and going on Foreign Flag vessels, and not on American Flag, American Crewed, American Built, and American Owned and Controlled vessel,s where the control and benefits accrue to America. This is another issue I am trying to raise and address.
The systems to protect our American flag shipping, and our important Civil Defense and National Security maritime infrastructure are being taken down and taken out by the very same Military - Federal contractors that are being paid to provide them and to protect them so our Federal Maritime Officers can protect themselves, and our International Rights of Way, maritime borders, and Nation.
