Hello my Friends and Family my name is Sheyla Pollyanna, Noe Kaleb's mother.

I have always believed that helping others is more gratified than being helped and I have lived all my life with this motive in my heart. Unforeseen changes are occurring in my personal life in many different aspects. I am seeing the adage of “When it rains, it pours”. I am hoping you can help me and Kaleb during this difficult time. This is very difficult for me because I rarely ask for help publicly. But this time, I humble before my family and friends to share some of the events currently happening.

I'm reaching out to you on behalf of my Son Noe Kaleb, a strong, energetic, caring, and courageous 23 y/o young men, who is currently facing an unimaginable challenge. Kaleb has been diagnosed with a Rare Malignant Tumor that requires immediate surgery and treatment. This medical condition alone has turned our world upside down. The costs associated with his medical treatment, bills, and the impending surgery and recovery are staggering since August, and the financial burden is getting overwhelming at the same time that I become a single parent.

A Kaleb le han diagnosticado un tumor maligno poco común que requiere cirugía y tratamiento inmediatos. Esta condición médica por sí sola ha puesto nuestro mundo para bajo. Los costos asociados con su tratamiento médico, las facturas, la inminente cirugía y recuperación son asombrosos desde Agosto, y la carga financiera se está volviendo abrumadora al mismo tiempo que me convierto en madre soltera.
