I’ve encountered this incredibly kind cashier many times, and every single time she has been so sweet and warm to me. Recently, she shared that her husband passed away, and that alone broke my heart.

I don’t know her full story, what she may be going through financially, or what physical pain she may be dealing with, and I don’t want to make assumptions. I just know that she is always incredibly kind, and during our most recent interaction she mentioned how much she dreads the extremely busy Saturdays at work.
