Hi my name is Sherri.

I’ve been fighting a life threatening infection called peri orbital cellulitis which has been causing me headaches, and severe pain and swelling in my right eye and face. I have been getting it treated with several rounds of IV antibiotics in the hospital. I’m still not in the clear yet as the infection could potentially spread to my brain and the rest of my body but thankfully we caught it in time so I don’t think it will be getting worse from here. My husband has been taking days off from work to help take care of me and take me to the hospital everyday for the past week. I hate being this vulnerable and asking people for help but I know that even with insurance, this is having us pay a lot of unexpected costly medical bills.
