Help Shawn S. Pay for his medical bills

Hello everyone. I never thought I’d be in a situation where I needed to ask strangers for help, but life happens I guess.
I’m creating this gofundme for my Dad, Shawn, who is currently facing MANY health problems. Some of the issues he is facing:
1. BOTH Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis in his knees, hands, shoulders, and more.
2. He is also in need of dentures, as most of his teeth have fallen out or broken due to years without insurance. Not only is this dangerous for his health (as disease is easily spread through the mouth) it also hinders him in other parts of his life, like: applying for jobs and personal confidence.
3. Over 2 years ago, he was told by doctors that he would not live past 2022 due to both his liver and kidney problems caused by alcoholism. When he was told this, Dad didn’t tell anyone, and nearly drank himself to death because he felt there was no point anymore.. this resulted in many hospital visits for dialysis/near liver failure.
4. Thankfully, Dad had a change of heart and has been sober now for nearly a year and has lost about 100lbs. The only downside to this is he is no longer able to use alcohol to numb the pain. He was able to ignore his arthritis with drinking but now it has caught up to him and he is in serious need of BOTH knee replacement surgeries (and possibly more surgeries, but let’s take it one step at a time).
Dad and my Step Mother, Ruth, have 7 children in their home. Ruth is a stay at home Mom with a small business on the side. And Dad can barely stand everyday for work due to his knees. They rely heavily on food stamps and government assistance. But if anyone knows anything about Georgia aid, it’s not even close enough to get them by.
5. On top of all this, they have no permanent means of transportation because of car troubles.
My Dad is also nearly blind and deaf (in one ear) and has tried many times to obtain disability with no success.
I am reaching out to anyone who is in a position to help my family. Whether that be raising money, spreading the word to others, information on a inexpensive car, ANYTHING.
I’ve done all I can to help and that’s why I’m reaching out to you. Just the knee surgeries alone cost thousands of dollars. Please donate if you can.
