Help Send 5 Athletes to the ITF Taekwondo World Championship

We are thrilled to announce that five of our dedicated athletes—Iveta Griffith, Kaitlyn Li, Dustin Chiang, Maanraj Sidhu, and Amina Yu—have been selected to represent Canada at the 2025 ITF Taekwondo World Championships!

After outstanding performances at the National Championships, these athletes were invited to the national team selections. Their passion, perseverance, and performance left a lasting impression on the delegation, earning them the incredible honour of wearing the maple leaf on the world stage.

But now, we need your support to help get them there.

Competing internationally is a huge financial commitment. Costs include airfare, accommodations, training camps, uniforms, and tournament fees. As a team, we're aiming to raise funds to relieve the financial burden on these hardworking athletes and their families, so they can focus on what matters most: training and competing with excellence.

Each of these athletes has dedicated years to mastering their craft. They've spent countless hours on the mats, pushing through sweat, setbacks, and sacrifices. They are not just representing our club or even our province—they’re representing Canada.
