To our wonderful Bach’s Bistro customers, friends, and community,

We are going through an incredibly difficult time. My wife, **Chef Bach's Bistro**, is very sick and suffering from severe pain. The medication is not helping, and she is unable to work right now.

Her doctor has told her that **she needs surgery**, but unfortunately, **insurance has denied coverage for the surgery**. We are now trying to find a way to get the treatment she desperately needs.

This situation has put tremendous pressure on our family and on Bach’s Bistro. My wife is not only my partner in life — she is an important part of our restaurant and our family.
