Help Samantha Get Life Saving Treatment!

Update: Samantha needs to be admitted at the University of Minnesota Hospital due to being in Cardiogenic Shock. They need her to stay in the Hospital for at least 5-14 days to figure out what Medication she needs to be on, and if she doesn't get admitted the Cardiologist in Duluth, MN gave her possibly 4-6 weeks before she would be admitted for Hospice Care at which time it will be too late to even try to help her. Of course she would have to stay in the Hospital, but we have 2 Large dogs that need someone to feed them and make sure they are taken care of each day, so that means that I will have to drive to and from the Twin Cities each day which is around 90 miles one way. So Samantha and I need your help more than ever, Please donate if you can, and if not, don't feel bad because we know not everyone has the means. Thank You.

Hello My Name is Josh and I'm fundraising for my Fiance Samantha, So that she can get some Relief with the cost of Medical Expenses. Here is her story.

Samantha is a 38 y.o. mother of 4, grandmother of 2, and Aunty to 12, Great Aunty to 3. Samantha is a selfless person that always goes out of her way to help those in need, but just less than a year ago she noticed she was having shortness of breath during strenuous activities. She of course didn't think much of it, until about a month ago when everything seemed to take a sharp downhill turn. All of the sudden Samantha wasn't able to enjoy doing any of the things that liked to do, like mow the lawn.

Last week she went to the hospital for an ECG test only to find out that she has a rare form of heart failure, and a few other rare heart related issues. She is now afraid that she won't live long enough to watch her 2 Granddaughters Grow up without getting surgery on her heart. And she won't be able to even get that medical treatment if she can't afford to make it to her appointments, and the fact that she has no income right now because of her heart issues she is having to rely on others to help her get to her appointments and pay for medications etc.

Samantha is a good person that doesn't deserve to have to suffer like this, but she is anyways. Samantha is also the love of my life, and my better half. She makes my life as complete as it can be. And I would be a wreck without her.

We can help ease some of her suffering by making a donation no matter how big or small, every dollar that's donated is a dollar that she won't have to stress out about. And that alone could help her Heart get better. I, We will Appreciate any donations that are received more than we could ever express in words, and you could feel good about helping a wonderful woman have more time with her children/Grandchildren. All Donations will be put into an account like cashapp and used strictly for medical expenses including but not limited to Transportation, Prescriptions, doctor/hospital fees, etc.

I will personally keep a complete record of, and all receipts for all donations and expenses related to the use of these donations. I will keep this information for no less than 3 years like required by law.
