Help Sam Recover from a Violent Attack

I'm reaching out on behalf of my friend Tori and her sweet dog, Sam, who recently suffered a horrible and heartbreaking injury. Sam was the victim of an unthinkable act of violence. He has a fractured occipital bone as well as a broken jaw due to blunt force trauma to the head. He has to be hospitalized and has to be transferred to a higher facility. He did not deserve this by any means.

He is more than just a pet; he's family. He brings comfort, love, and joy every single day, and it's devastating to see him in pain. The cost of surgery and recovery is more than my friend can manage alone, and we're asking for help from anyone who can give, even a little.
