Help Ryder Get Urgent Surgery for Osteochondritis dissecans

Hey all, this is Ryder he is my Bernese mountain dog and he has been diagnosed with Osteochondritis dissecans of the humerus. He has been limping for a week and a half now and whimpering constantly due to the pain that it causes. The vets advised me that I need to do a bilateral CT to check if both of his sides are affected and that he needs surgery ASAP as it can lead to muscle atrophy and further damage to the side where he is placing most of his body weight due to limping. I was also warned that if the surgery is not done it can lead to an amputation of the leg. Unfortunately I cannot afford the CT scan or the surgery for this diagnosis as I am a nursing student and I work very little hours and don't have the funds to pay for this.

Hola a todos, este es Ryder, mi perro que es un Bernese mountain dog y le han diagnosticado osteocondritis disecante del húmero. Lleva ya una semana y media cojeando y gimiendo constantemente por el dolor que le provoca. Los veterinarios me dijeron que necesitaba hacer una CT bilateral para verificar si ambos lados están afectados y que necesita cirugía lo antes posible, ya que puede provocar atrofia muscular y daño adicional en el lado donde coloca la mayor parte de su peso corporal porque esta cojeando y no apoya la patica derecha. El veterinario tambien me advirtio que si no se opera a tiempo puede llegar a un amputación de la patica. Lamentablemente no puedo pagar el CT ni la cirugía para este diagnóstico ya que soy estudiante de enfermería y trabajo muy pocas horas y no tengo los fondos para esto.
