As many of you know my father has been dealing with Parkinson's. While his spirit is bright his ability to work has been severely compromised by the disease. Sadly Sussan and I have had to cancel his future work offers.
We are reaching out to friends for help so that he can continue to live and thrive in Morocco. He has been extremely fortunate to find amazing support there and a wonderful place to live. The quality of life is much more affordable considering the situation. However, without the funds to support his full time care needs and medical expenses outside the US we fear he will not be able to live there for the duration of what he needs. I am actually visiting him at the moment with my son and I'm so grateful for Abel and Sussan and the support system they have created.
It has been a difficult moment for many due to Covid but we would appreciate your support and every bit helps. If this is coming at a bad time and you can't participate, please don't feel obliged, maybe you know someone who could help and in that case please feel free to share this email with other dear friends who have experienced Richard's magical being and intellectual and spiritual generosity.
