Help Restore the Lacombe Legion After Devastating Flood Dama

Hello my name is Richard C. Early Tuesday morning, the Lacombe Legion suffered severe flooding due to a plumbing failure, forcing the closure of the entire basement. Water nearly a foot deep filled the kitchen, poppy room, and office—damaging vital parts of their facility that serve veterans, members, and the community. Volunteers have already worked tirelessly, removing over 100 buckets of water, using shop vacs, and bringing in industrial blowers, but the damage is extensive. They’ve had to cancel all basement events—darts, coffee time, drop-in pool, and rentals—cutting off important social and financial support. Repairs will take months, and they urgently need help to replace flooring, wallboards, and office infrastructure.
