Help Rebuild & Restore Forest Level Baptist Church

On Sunday, November 17, 2024, Forest Level Baptist Church, Forest, VA, celebrated its 151st anniversary. On Monday, December 9, 2024, a devastating fire engulfed our beloved church. While we are grateful that no lives were lost, the damage has been substantial and heartbreaking. Our sanctuary, along with cherished and sacred items, was destroyed. This is a loss deeply felt by our entire church family.

For decades, Forest Level Baptist Church has served as a beacon of hope and faith in our community. It has been a place of worship, celebration, and solace bringing together generations of families and community.

Although we mourn the loss of our beloved church, we have been deeply moved by the outpouring of prayers and support shown by our surrounding community, churches, leaders, businesses, media outlets, families, and friends. So many of you have reached out to ask how you can help. Please consider contributing to the reconstruction and restoration of our church. Rebuilding our church is more than restoring the structure; it’s about restoring a symbol of love and community.
