Hi, we are RDL-C (Rescue Dogs Lebanon-Canada) and we need your help, now more than ever.
Since 2017, our small but mighty team of volunteers has rescued over 725 stray and abused animals, bringing over 600 dogs to loving homes in Canada. But today, we are facing one of our toughest summers yet.
Right now, we have 31 dogs in our care—each one a soul who has survived neglect, abandonment, or abuse. They depend on us for their food, shelter, medical care, and the love that every dog deserves. But with the crisis in Lebanon worsening, more dogs are being dumped on the streets every day, and we simply do not have the resources to help them all.
Our funds are running dangerously low. Adoption rates have slowed, travel buddies are few and far between, and the costs of food, boarding, vet care, and essential spay/neuter surgeries continue to rise. We are committed to providing high-quality care to every single dog we rescue—we refuse to hoard or warehouse animals. That means we cannot take in more dogs until we know we can properly care for those already with us.
We urgently need your support to get through the summer. Our fundraising goal is $10,000 CAD, with an immediate target of $4,000 CAD to cover our most urgent bills. Every dollar counts and goes directly to the dogs:
Nutritious food
Safe boarding
Veterinary care (including life-saving treatments and surgeries)
Spay/neuter to stop the cycle of suffering
We know times are tough for everyone, but for our 31 dogs, your donation could mean the difference between hope and heartbreak. Please help us continue our mission to save lives, one dog at a time.
If you can’t donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser or volunteering as a travel buddy. Together, we can give these deserving dogs the second chance they’ve been waiting for.
With deepest gratitude,
The RDL-C Family
