Help Me Overcome Debt and Fund Essential Therapy

Hello,
My name is Chase, and I never do this. I hate asking for help, let alone financial help, but this has been a burden for both me and my family. Back in January, my best friend of 11 years passed away suddenly in a motorcycle accident. I will not tag photos or say his name out of respect for his family. Nonetheless, it was at the start of my final semester in college when this happened. It threw me off, traumatized me, and my mental illnesses, which have been suppressed for years, came to light once again.
During the spring, I got trapped in a financial spiral. I spent so much money, using 0-interest services such as Klarna and Affirm, thinking that objects would satisfy my depression. However, they filled no gaps in my heart or head. I felt even worse after the impulse purchases than I did before making them. Before this, I had paid off my credit card every paycheck, and nowadays I can hardly make a dent.
On top of my debt, my therapist of 2.5 years suggested I go through ketamine psychotherapy treatment, as my mental health has led me back to self-harm and having no motivation to take care of myself. This process is unfortunately very expensive, as it'd be 5x my current debt already, but this treatment would help me get back on my feet in regards to my mental health. Since I plan on returning to school next year, I'll need a healthy mindset to move forward without falling back into bad habits again to cope with the stress of university.
Donations would really help both me and my family. Thank you for taking your time to read what I wrote.
