It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the death of our beloved Zamboangueña ANNALISA LABRADOR SAYSON (WMSU Graduate).
She is one of the fallen heroes, a staff nurse at Stobhill Hospital, but instructed to move to Glasgow Royal Infirmary to help out the staffing crisis. She was tested covid positive. Sadly, she lost her battle due to multiple organ failure on the 15th of December 2020.
Unfortunately, Annalisa was the first Zamboangueña who perished in Scotland due to covid 19, while trying to save other people's lives.
I am so sad that this has happened during this time of the year and while the vaccine has being rolled out.
Any help that you would like to voluntarily extend to Annalisa's family will be greatly appreciated.
Whatever we gather will be turned over to the family.
