I am Tharuni. Narasaiah is my neighbor in my home town. His both kidneys failed and need transplantation. He earns his living by selling fruits and vegetables on the roadside and he is the sole breadwinner of the family and his wife is physically handicapped. I took the step to support him financially for the kidney transplantation and would need helping hands in supporting me to support Narasaiah.
