Help My Best Friend Jasper Fight Cancer

Hi everyone,

I never thought I’d have to write something like this, but my heart is breaking, and I need your help.

Jasper has been my best friend for 14 years since I was just a kid. He’s been with me through everything, every happy moment, every heartbreak, every struggle. When I went through an abusive relationship and felt completely alone, Jasper was my rock. He was the one who comforted me when I cried, who made me feel safe when nothing else did. He’s been my constant, my family, and my best friend.

Now, Jasper needs me more than ever. He has a cancerous tumor in his paw, and the only way to stop it from spreading is to amputate his leg. It breaks my heart, but I know this surgery is his only chance to live without pain. The exact cost of the procedure is $1,162.54, but we’re hoping to raise a little extra in case he needs medication, follow-up appointments, or additional care after surgery. As much as I wish I could cover everything on my own, I just can’t.

Jasper isn’t ready to give up. He still wags his tail when I walk in the door, still curls up next to me every night, still looks at me with those same loving eyes that have been with me through everything. I just want to give him the chance to keep going, to keep living the happy life he deserves.
