Hi Everyone,

I am reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your support during a very important time for our family. Our three-year-old granddaughter is having surgery on 9/19 in North Carolina, and I am planning to travel there for her recovery and aftercare.

This trip is incredibly important to me, and I want to be there to support Kaylanni and her parents. Taking time off from work is just not an option for them. My husband will be driving me down and returning, then back to get me 10-14 days later. Between the cost of gas, hotel stays, food, etc., we are looking at a cost of around $4000.
