Help Me Recover After My Car Was Stolen and Totaled

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out for help during one of the hardest times I’ve faced. Recently, I was the victim of a terrifying and devastating car theft that has left me with no transportation and a financial burden I can’t handle alone.

A few weeks ago, while I was driving, someone tried to stop me in the middle of the road and snatch me out of my car. I managed to escape that situation and drive away, thinking I was safe. Unfortunately, later that same night, that person found me again, followed me home, and broke into the gated garage of my apartment complex to steal my car.

The nightmare didn’t end there.

The thief took my car down to Columbia, SC, where police attempted to pull him over for stolen tags. Instead, it led to a dangerous high-speed chase, ending in a horrific crash that caused serious injuries to innocent people and left my car completely totaled.

To make things worse, I had a lapse in insurance coverage due to financial struggles. I had recently made a costly move and also helped my mother by giving her a car, which stretched my budget too thin. Now, I’m left with the balance still owed on a car I no longer have, and no way to cover it.

I’m asking for help to raise $80,000 to:

• Pay off the remaining loan balance on the car

• Cover legal, transportation, and related costs from this traumatic event

• Help me get back on my feet and recover from this financial and emotional toll
