My name is Mecca. Though some know me as FluffyNinja311 and I’m reaching out because I’m facing a truly difficult moment. While I was in the hospital my landlord had me evicted from my apartment without any notice. I only found out when I tried to return home and discovered I couldn’t get in. It was already after hours, so I had to wait until the next day to speak to a judge. The judge told me I have until the 27th (was the 13th) of this month to come up with the funds in order to keep my apartment. It has now extended to March 13. I worried my belongings were tossed thankfully all my items are still safe in the apartment.

This situation has been overwhelming, and I’m doing everything I can to stay hopeful. The funds raised here will go directly toward the amount needed to keep my apartment to avoid losing my home. Having a safe place to live is so important to me, especially as I recover from my recent hospital stay in which I had hip surgery.
