Help me get off my ex husband's bank account

Donation protected
My marriage fell apart back in 2016.
I finally managed to get the funds to file for divorce back in 2018.
But I am still stuck in the joint bank account we opened together, due to the fact that there is a £400 overdraft in it. I cannot be removed while that is in place.
I no longer use or have access this account and have my own, he has been using the account as his personal account. He has agreed to move everything across to a separate account and to freeze the account in order to get it paid off. I will go to the bank with him with the funds to payoff the overdraft and close the account.

I'm trying my best to improve my own credit score and get myself out of debt.
I had an alert that I lost points due to my ex husband looking at loans on said account.
My goalposts keep getting moved.

It would take me so long to save up to buy my self out in my current financial situation, and be is also not in the financial situation to pay it off any time soon. But we plan to make small monthly payments to ensure it's paid off but any help would be very much appreciated to get it done sooner.
And i then will be looking into getting a financial separation order which will be even more money to raise!
This is why I am coming here, if there is anything you can do to help me reach this goal, I would be ever so grateful even if it's just a pound or a share to help me each more potential donors.
Thank you for any help. Genuinely.
