This situation has been messy, expensive, and honestly just exhausting. I’m now remarried to my husband, Nate. We recently had our baby girl, Elina. Nate works full-time in Texas, holding it down for our family, while I’ve had to stay in Utah with both girls due to temporary court order restrictions. We’re trying to build a stable life together, but we’re stuck living apart until this case is finalized.
Trial is officially scheduled for October 7, 2025, and my legal team needs $22,000 by August 1st to meet pretrial deadlines. This includes a $7,000 trial retainer and $15,000 in evaluator fees for the full trial report, preparation, and testimony.
