Help Madison Keep Her Home and Furry Family

Hi, my name is Madison. I'm 22 years old, living on my own. I've decided to make the cringeworthy decision of going to gofundme to ask for help. I've never been the type of person to ask for help, and I've taken pride in being able to support myself for this long on my own. I moved out away from my family 5 years ago, and things were going really great for a long time.
Recently, I have been struggling financially after making a huge employment change, and having unexpected emergency car repairs, on top of unexpected medical issues. I was working at a family business 45 minutes away from where I live, almost 60 hours a week. The commute alone was too much in gas and car repairs, the stress from the environment, on top of having my hours cut and position changed within the company led me to look elsewhere. Earlier this year, I got a better job much closer to home, full-time, but not making anything close to what I previously was with all of the overtime. This transition has caused me to fall behind on rent and monthly bills, while still trying to maintain repairs on my older car, gas, groceries, medical and pet expenses, etc. All of these things piling up on top of each other is costing me a lot more than I had prepared for, entirely depleting the little savings that I had. I have been making so for a little over a year, but the unexpected expenses have started to catch up with me. I have a cat and a dog, who I love more than life itself. With my current situation, I'm forced to look into rehoming if I can't find a way to come up with the money to keep my home.
After a change in property managers and MONTHS of consistent communication with the current property manager, only to never receive a single response, last night I was given a 10 day notice. I consistently make payments as much as I can afford every two weeks after every paycheck with keeping some to be able to afford gas and groceries and other necessities. I have 10 days to come up with the outstanding balance for my rent, or the property manager formally files for eviction.
I know there are people out there that are in far worse predicaments, but I am just looking for a way to get back on my feet before having to face the possibility of eviction. Anything at all helps, even advice or just support. Thank you.
