Help Local business Mom Grieve loss of a Son

This fund is set up in honor of a beloved son, Furqan Gulam Habib Sayyed

Yesterday I found out about a local Bakery in Aliana, Sugar Land, Symphony House Of Cakes N Icecreams.

When I got there, on a Saturday evening, the doors were locked, with no signage of why it was closed.

I called the number on the door.

A man answered and introduced himself as Habib. Said he and his wife ran the shop and were grieving a loss of a family member and will open as soon as possible. After a little more discussion, he mentioned they had just lost their 25-year-old son, Furqan, in a bike accident and were returning from the cemetery.

He mentioned his wife is grieving. She mainly runs the shop but will try their hardest to reopen the bakery soon.

Many business owners do not have allowances to take time off for bereavement. Please support this mother to grieve the loss of her 25-year-old son in peace. Please keep your local business stay afloat. Everyone endures a difficult time, but no parent ever prepares to lose a 25-year-old child so abruptly.
