Help Kraut Pleasers grow

Kraut Pleasers is getting ready to celebrate its 1st year in business and we are selling better then ever but we need to expand and that is why I need your help. Up until now I have been using refrigeration all over the island which is time consuming and not as food safe as I or Washington State would like. I am also still hand cutting all my cabbage which worked out to be almost 2000 lbs last year!
I would like to purchase two pieces of equipment that would really help push me into the next level;
a commercial food processor
a used walk-in (Blossom Grocerys old walk-in)
These two items would change everything for me and allow me to provide our fermented goodies to the entire San Juans and possibly beyond.
We are commited to providing organic kimchi and kraut using only Lopez Island grown cabbage and canning jars with easy to remove labels so it doesn't always have to go into tghe landfill.
