Liver transplant and ongoing medical expenses

Hello! My name is Elyzabeth. This go fund me account is for my husband, Jeremy. Jeremy will have to receive a liver transplant due to hemotomchois. This is a disease that causes your body to produce and not use all all the iron in your body. This disease has choosen to attack Jeremys liver. So at 33 years old my husband requires a transplant. The cost of transplant and medical expenses after are extremely high. Please help our family anyway you can even a share.
