Help Janine Fight Lung Cancer with Holistic Healing

My dear friend Janine received devastating news on August 20, 2024—she has been diagnosed with lung cancer. Her journey has been a harrowing one, starting with pneumonia in January, which led to a series of tests, spinal taps, and scans. Initially diagnosed with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension, her world was shattered when further biopsies confirmed the presence of cancer. This diagnosis is especially heartbreaking as Janine has already witnessed the toll of cancer on her mother and one of her twin sons, Shane, who battled this relentless disease. The result of which lead to losing her mother to lung cancer in 2021.

Janine is a loving mother of three who has dedicated her life to caring for others. She has always been the first to offer help, whether supporting someone through illness or lending a hand in difficult times. Despite her own struggles, including caring for her special needs son with cerebral palsy and seizures for 27 years, Janine has always put others before herself.

Now, Janine faces the biggest battle of her life and needs our help. The doctors have given her two daunting options: endure radiation or undergo a lobectomy to remove the affected part of her lung. Both options are invasive, with significant risks. However, Janine, a firm believer in natural healing, is seeking a holistic approach. Two clinics, the Oasis Clinic near Vernon, BC, and the BioMedical Center in Mexico, offer promising alternative treatments, but these are not covered by Canadian healthcare. Time is of the essence. The clinics require substantial deposits to secure a spot, and Janine needs to start treatment as soon as possible.
