Help Gehring Family
Donation protected
Local family struggling and in need of help.
Husband and father of two young boys has fallen ill. Brian Gehring, aka “Pig” is now in ICU for the second time in the last few months. The first time they discovered a serious health issue and now it appears his kidneys are failing and he is currently on dialysis.
Brian is a 1987 Whitmer High School graduate, a Marine veteran and a former police officer. He currently owns and operates Glass City Painting. Since taken ill he has been struggling keeping the business going and now that he is in the hospital again things are starting to pile up financially not only with household bills but medical bills as well. It does not appear that he will be getting out of the hospital anytime soon.
His boys attend Maplewood Elementary School where they play baseball and football. Mom (Laura Gehring “Lori”) is doing her best to keep things moving along as usual for their family.
There are times in life when you have to ask and accept help from others. I think now would be one of those times.
Please say a prayer for the Gehring family and if you are in a position to help their family get by, you can donate here.
God Bless
