I'm reaching out to ask for help for my brother, Frank. Recently, a neighbor's tree unexpectedly fell and landed directly on Frank's cars, completely destroying them. Unfortunately, due to insurance loopholes and technicalities, neither our neighbor's insurance nor our own will cover the damage or replacement costs.

Frank now finds himself without a car — his only means of transportation to and from work. This situation has created a huge burden, not only financially, but also emotionally, as he tries to figure out how to continue working and supporting himself without a vehicle.
