Help Francisca Receive Brain Tumour Surgery

Francisca a loving mother, Auntie, Sister and Daughter has fallen very ill, she requires urgent brain tumour surgery.
Unfortunately, the surgery she requires is not available In Ghana so she will need to travel to the UK in order for the surgery to be completed.
