Help for Ashleigh's Heart(s)
Donation protected
Our 27 year old niece, Ashleigh Haven Hartwig Walsh, suffered cardiac arrest on Saturday July 22nd, brought on suddenly from a common virus that attacked her heart. She is suffering from heart failure and currently supported by both ventilator and heart bypass machine. Everyone is praying for a miracle, while trying to prepare for a long road of recovery. Ashleigh is currently undergoing tests to qualify for a heart transplant, as her current treatment, has not yielded significant gains in heart function as of yet.
The mother of 3 young children, Greyson (6), Gianna (4) and Lenci (2) life was already full with an exhausting schedule. Ashleigh works at Brow Art at the Franklin Park Mall while enrolled as a nursing student at Lourde’s College. Both she and the children will require a great amount of care and support in the days and months to come. Her mother Lisa O’Connell Walsh, father Bob Hartwig and fiancé Xavier Gonzales are committed to ensuring Ashleigh receive every opportunity to recover and resume her largest role - mother to 3 awesome kids.
The costs associated with her stay at U of M will add up quickly. We are looking to provide a fund of which can be used to offset expenses associated with her stay at the University of Michigan Medical Center where she is receiving excellent care.
I will visit this campaign adding updates as they become available, please consider contributing to this fund which will offer an additional measure of support to a young and deserving family.
God is good.
