Help Doggo Get the Treatment He Needs

I just wanted to give a heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated and supported us. Because of your generosity, I was able to get Doggo the medications and supplements he needed. His hip is doing so much better now!

The vet said with how much he's improved, we may be able to avoid surgery altogether — which would have been risky for him at his age.

I’m also happy to share that I’ve found a job, so I should (hopefully) be able to financially handle things from here. I'm also working on getting him insured again for extra peace of mind.

With all that said, I will be closing this GoFundMe.

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far to help him. It really means the world to both me and Doggo. So far the money raised has gone towards more pain meds and some new joint and muscles supplements. The new supplements, though expensive, seem to be really helping him. He's not 100%, but since he started taking them, he seems to be moving around a lot better and I have only heard him scream once since starting to take it versus multiple times a day. It's definitely not a permanent fix, but I feel so much more better seeing him moving around again and not just in constant pain and unable to move.

Hello everyone, my name is Skye, and I’m reaching out for help with my sweet dog, Doggo. He’s not just a pet—he’s my best friend, my family, and my whole world. Unfortunately, Doggo has been diagnosed with heartworms, and on top of that, he’s suffering from severe hip pain that may require surgery.

Right now, he’s on pain medication, but it’s not enough. He screams in pain, and it breaks my heart to see him like this. I’m trying to raise funds to cover his heartworm treatment and the X-rays needed to determine exactly what kind of surgery he will need for his hip. I’ve tried every option available, including CareCredit, but I haven’t been approved, and I’m running out of ways to help him on my own.
