Help Dennis with Dreams and Hope.

I have been diagnosed with lung cancer since August 2020 after going to hospital with flew simptons and sent home with Pnewmonia and pain killers only to be re admitted to emergency in ambulance  to be told I have  months to live after tests were  done on first admittance to hospital ,they didn't follow  up on test results and notify me of my circumstances. It's been a terrifying  journey so far but I'm positive I can beat this. I'm a surfer, trademan, nature lover, explorer, giver of hope, happiness, respect of everyone and all creatures great  and small and a wild life worrier to. I've never asked for anything and always  liked giving  and helping anybody because kindness and easy simple  acts can fix and restore faith in anyone who is  down .so it's hard for me to  ask! I would like to raise money for medical and living expenses, exploring, adventure with my family members because I've always been  away and never had much quality time with my  loved ones. Always struggled abit and really would love to be stress free to heal and enjoy my family. Where  ever I  go or what ever I do, there is nobody or animal that does not benefit of  some form of kindness from me and that's  how gofundme will be used! Thankyou for looking and listening to  my  story, I have much more to  say and would like to take everyone on my adventures with me to. Change of life with happiness and hope and positive energy.
