Help Darius Overcome Debt and Health Struggles

Hello. My name is Darius, and I am in severe debt. In more ways than one. My physical health is quickly declining, but I do not have health insurance, and therefore cannot seek proper treatment. I am currently $1,400 overdrawn, with new loans and bills stacking up every single day. My job barely pays me enough to keep up with all of this. I don't know what else to do.
