Help Cleo & Mia Ruffin rebuild their life

On December 24, 2021, Christmas Eve, my best friend Mia & her husband Cleo Ruffin lost everything they own. Their home burned to the ground around 5:45 am along with all their belongings inside. They, along with her cousin, escaped through a 2nd floor window onto their roof as the house was engulfed in flames around them with only the clothes on their back. It took over 40 firefighters to put out the fire. This is a complete devastation to the family, especially at the close of an already devastating year where they lost Cleo’s mother as well. Mia has been a giver to all of those around her for as long as I have known her at the same time being a hardworking mother who put both of her children through college with her youngest graduating Class of 2021. This GoFundMe is an attempt to help them restore, if only a portion, of what they lost, especially with all they have done for others. The holiday season is a time of giving and with such a major loss at hand we are asking you to share in that spirit with us to bless the lives of this family. All the money goes directly to Mia and Cleo as they are currently having to stay in a hotel, buy clothing, food, replace documents and so much more, until their home is rebuilt, and details are worked out. This home they’ve shared, along with her father-in-law & cousin is where they made amazing memories. Now it is ashes!
