Help Chung Family Fulfill Song's Final Desire
Donation protected
The Chung family lost their husband/dad, Song, to a rare adenoid cystic carcinoma on May 2, 2024 after initial diagnosis in May 2023. Song and his wife Christina had been together 30 years. They were high school sweethearts and then married for 23 years. They have two sons, JC (21) and Sebastian (13).
Song is originally from S.Korea, where his mother still lives. His wishes were to be buried next to his father on family land in S.Korea. Traveling to Korea with Song's remains is his family's special way of honoring Song's wishes and memorializing him together as a family.
The immediate loss of Song's income has presented a challenge in fulfilling their wish to honor him and making ends meet in an interim period of waiting for insurance details to be finalized. Christina is a walking testimony to God's faithfulness in her life. She is a blessing to her school and church family and most importantly to her boys.
Would you consider supporting the Chungs in their desire to fulfill Song's wish for burial in S.Korea and to provide short-term financial security as they face the daily arrival of bills and a loss of monthly income?
Our goal is to raise $15,000 (10K for trip to Korea for them, and 5K for short-term financial stability).
We also invite you to pray for the Lord to ease their grief as Christina, JC, and Sebastian mourn Song's loss.
