Cheddar Bay Biscuit was rescued off the streets two weeks ago. This friendly kitty found our feral feeding station and started coming up to us and our dog when we were outside. He was too friendly to simply TNR, so we brought him inside. While we initially planned on fostering him until a spot opened up in a rescue, he charmed us with his sweet personality. We decided to keep him. We scheduled him to be neutered, like any responsible cat parent. Unfortunately, Cheddar had a bad reaction upon waking up from anesthesia. He had a large seizure and continued to twitch and tremor afterwards. He was rushed to the emergency vet, where he remains hospitalized. We have CareCredit, but this is a large bill at a rough time for us - my husband recently lost his job. Any help you can give to allow us to help Cheddar recover would be eternally appreciated.
