Carter Davis was a vibrant, fun-loving, young man. There isn’t anything he would not do to make someone laugh. Among many characteristics he possessed, he was also a thriving athlete. Carter was a friend to many and undoubtedly an enemy to none. As this is something no parent should have to do, it is financially binding.
